I have lost a girlfriend to cancer and watched cannabis alleviate her chemotherapy side-effects, though the cancer and chemo drugs were too much to overcome. I have lost my license a couple of times due to "paraphernalia" charges. And most recently, I have been denied visitation by my son's mother because of my misdemeanor charges and activism.
