I think in order to help the initiative, legal persons ages 18-20 should be counted in the legal possession and use of marijuana aswell because new, young, or any voter voting mainly voted to better or benefit them, their family, city/country. if a registered voter 18-20 looked uponthe issue they would be excited and down til they read that it restricts them from use. Also it’s such a large market for or younger adults compared to legal persons 21+. Also not only does including the ages helps to have more votes but our younger generations are the future to help the legalization process with their help we can get to where we want to be, Not to mention it’s a way to show our government that newly legal adults are just as and in some cases more mature than those of legal status 21+ .

From our amendment, the End Ohio Cannabis Prohibition Act: “Any person who is at least 18 years of age may produce, cultivate, possess, transport, distribute, consume, or otherwise engage in the use of cannabis products…” We are offering to make Ohio the most liberal cannabis state in the world, not to be confused with the new groups that, instead of working with us, chose to muddy the waters in Ohio.
